If you're interested in joining a high performing team where you can grow as a Workday specialist then this is for you Base Pay Range CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr Compensation Salary $90,000 to $105,000 + 10% bonus Benefits: leading pension Location & Working Model Toronto, GTA area Hybrid: 3 days in Downtown Toronto office Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across core Workday modules, optimize user experience, and support critical releases across a growing HR tech landscape. Hands‑on business process configuration Yearly releases and new functionality implementation Ticket support and issue resolution Qualifications 3+ years hands‑on Workday configuration experience, including business processes Expertise in at least 2 modules: Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in Downtown Toronto) Employment Type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
