Title - Financial Systems & Operations Manager

Location - Remote

Pay Rate - $40/hr.

Job Summary:

The Financial Systems & Operations Manager is responsible for aligning governance structures, streamlining financial processes, and enhancing budget control accuracy within a large-scale multinational organization. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize financial operations, manage cost transparency, and support data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in financial systems and project management to enhance operational efficiency, support invoicing processes, and establish best practices for data management and cost control.

Job Responsibilities:

Governance Cost Centre Alignment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance structures and cost center hierarchies across all financial systems.
  • Ensure seamless mapping of governance frameworks for unified financial reporting and operational consistency.

Associate Mapping

  • Oversee accurate associate mapping across organizational units to reflect current needs in cost center hierarchies.
  • Work with People & Organization (P&O) and finance teams to maintain and track organizational structure updates in relevant systems.

Process Optimization and Training

  • Educate teams on managing governance hierarchies and cost structures, promoting best practices across financial systems.
  • Develop streamlined workflows to enhance budget control and governance management, driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Invoice Transparency and Cost Volatility Management

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve invoice data transparency, enhancing financial reporting accuracy and minimizing cost fluctuations.
  • Implement a framework for transactional data sharing and accrual management to reduce errors and ensure tighter financial control.

Data Tracking and Analytics for Labs

  • Establish solutions for tracking and visualizing external lab testing data, supporting in data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights that enhance lab performance and operational efficiency.
