Operations Analyst We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, working with data, and supporting cross‑functional teams. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting energy analytics, tenant billing reporting and driving operational efficiencies across our platform and services. The Operations Analyst will work closely with internal & external customers including Sales, Field teams, acting as a critical connector between real‑time data, customer value, & internal decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Learn the technical details of our software and understand how it solves client challenges. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data by collaborating with internal teams, clients, and field technicians. Act as a key tester for platform updates and new features. Research and enter utility tariff rates; troubleshoot rate‑related platform issues. Create and analyze energy budgets and forecasts; explain variances to both internal and external stakeholders. Support energy procurement initiatives and processes. Maintain accuracy of customer modeling and platform analytics. Perform custom reporting and analysis for strategic clients. Provide data analysis, modeling, and research to support the Sales team. Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities using platform insights. Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and special projects. Run tenant billing reports which may include complex utility & customer calculations. Communicate with customers as needed to gather information. Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years of experience in operations, energy analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with data modeling and working with large datasets. Knowledge of utility tariffs, energy procurement, or sustainability practices is a strong asset. Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in SaaS or energy tech environments is a plus.
