Sr Business Partnering Consultant

Role Insight Global is looking for a Sr Business Partnering Consultant to join a leading Canadian insurance company. This individual will work directly with business partners, lead financial analysis, and act as a decision expert to drive insights, conduct analysis and provide recommendations that support business objectives. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be onsite twice a week at the Guelph, Burlington, or Toronto office. Base Pay Range CA$115,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Drive financial insights, conduct analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners, working closely with senior leadership. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years experience in financial services or a related field Post secondary degree in Finance (certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CBV) Expert knowledge of strategic financial analysis and strategic imperatives of a business area Strong Financial Planning & Analysis experience within medium to large sized organizations Experience working with senior leadership (Director, EVP, and above) Nice to Have Skills and Experience MBA Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Consulting, Finance, and Strategy/Planning Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Insight Global by 2‑times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
