Reporting to the General Manager, the Sr. Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide coordination support to projects. Responsibilities include preparation, organization, and maintenance of all project related documentation, RFIs, maintaining project trackers. Other duties include general administrative requests. What You’ll Do Here Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes. Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project. Prepare project folders, templates and information at the start of the project. Maintain project folder on the server. Track and report on site hours worked by employees. Generate and track RFIs. Attend and take minutes of project related meetings and conference calls. Prepare and submit ESA permits and drawing review packages. Adhere to all company workplace policies, standards, procedures and safe work practices. What You Bring to the Team Education: technical college diploma, engineering degree or related experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role, preferably in electrical/renewable energy sector. Solid understanding of estimating, project forecasting and change management. Experience in planning, scheduling, resource balancing for a variety of project sizes. Proven leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated with good organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project; experience with SAP or Hard Dollar an asset.
