As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll join a deeply experienced and committed team to shape these end-to-end journeys, raise the bar for clarity, quality, and delight, and redefine how people interact with their money. Passion for Innovation: You’re excited about the challenge of designing financial products that improve people’s lives and want to push the industry forward. Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion). This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of product design experience. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Equity grade: 7. Pay can vary by location, experience and job-related skills. Affirm offers a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). CAN base pay range per year: CA$150,000 - CA$200,000 (applicable to Canada postings where relevant). Benefits include Health care coverage for you and dependents, Flexible Spending Wallets, Time off, and ESPP (employee stock purchase plan). Affirm is a remote-first company. Most roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some roles may require working from an Affirm office.
