Health & wellbeing resources and programs Paid vacation, personal, and sick days for work-life balance Competitive compensation and benefits packages Hybrid work environment with at least 3 days in office Career growth and development opportunities Opportunities to contribute to community causes Diverse, inclusive, collaborative team culture Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – Responsibilities Database Creation & Management – build and maintain databases for regulatory and ad-hoc reports Data Analysis and Validation – gather, analyze, and validate financial data; identify discrepancies; perform reconciliations and variance analysis Regulatory Reporting and Compliance – prepare timely reports to OSFI and other Canadian regulators; ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls; participate in audits Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of financial and management reporting experience, preferably within Canadian banking or trust industry Professional accounting designation (CPA) or actively pursuing one Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, SQL, XML Expertise in Power BI development and database reporting Strong financial analysis, data validation, and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships and communicating effectively Understanding of Canadian regulatory reporting requirements (OSFI, Bank of Canada) Business acumen and analytical skills, including quantitative analysis capability Positive, can-do attitude and creative problem-solving We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
