The opportunity: We are hiring for Bilingual Client Success Associates. This position will support the partners who use our payment solutions and their customers. Our payment solutions include:

  • PaySimply.ca
  • Canada Post prepaid Visa program
  • e-Transfer and in-person payment acquiring.


This is NOT a typical customer service role. This goes beyond taking calls and following scripts. You will be required to actively listen and solve problems.


What that means:


Supporting:

  • Our partners, who are the Canadian and international businesses who offer our payment solutions to their customers;
  • Their customers, who are paying a business or organization using our payment solutions


Support includes understanding and responding to customer inquiries, processing credits, technical support, product related issues, and providing timely resolution to these requests


  • Mastering our various support channels, including email and phone
  • Collaborating with the entire organization to constantly improve our knowledge base and the level of support we offer to our partners and customers

Required:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service, Technical Support, or Operations experience
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Post-Secondary diploma
  • Flexible to work during the week, and during peak season (April) and on Saturday as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations


Not required but nice to have:

  • Payments or financial technology experience
