Hands-on experience implementing and ensuring compliance with major regulatory frameworks such as MIFID, EMIR, CFTC, SEC, SFTR, MTRS, and AMF/OSC. Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable business and system requirements, ensuring rigorous attention to compliance and operational accuracy. Strong experience working across systems delivery frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Expertise in creating detailed business documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process models, data/system mappings, and functional specifications. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and technical teams to define and deliver regulatory change initiatives. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to business analysis, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and auditability. Experience supporting UAT, managing defect triage, and collaborating during design and system implementation phases. Strong communication and documentation skills to support stakeholder engagement, training, and regulatory audits or inquiries.
