Our mission is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship with reliable service for both residential and commercial clients. We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who can help us grow our countertop division by building strong relationships and driving new business across Calgary and surrounding areas. Role Description The Sales Manager will focus entirely on countertop sales—connecting with builders, renovation contractors, designers, and homeowners to increase CSA’s market presence. The right candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong client connections, and a passion for turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase countertop sales and market reach in Calgary and nearby regions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, designers, and retailers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct on‑site visits to understand project requirements and provide accurate product and service information. Prepare detailed quotes and proposals in coordination with production and installation teams. Stay current with market trends, pricing, and new product developments in solid surfaces and countertop materials. Report regularly on sales activity, leads, and project pipeline. Qualifications & Experience A degree in marketing, sales, business, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of sales experience in the countertop, stone, or cabinetry industry (mandatory). Strong knowledge of solid surface, quartz, granite, and marble countertops. Established network of builders, renovation contractors, or designers in Calgary is a strong asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client and site visits. What We Offer Base salary plus high‑earning commission structure.
