This role is ideal for a technical expert with 7+ years of experience in designing, building, deploying, and supporting large-scale Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments. You will combine deep networking knowledge with programming and automation skills to ensure our network is robust, scalable, and future-ready. Join a progressive team that values flexibility, growth, and work-life balance.**What You Will Do*** Deliver advanced technical support for network operations, including 24/7 on-call support, incident response, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable network services.* Design, configure, deploy, and optimize enterprise-scale Cisco LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructures.* Develop comprehensive network solutions to meet business requirements and implement the rollout of new network technology.* Conduct thorough testing and validation of new network technology to guarantee performance and reliability.* Integrate new technologies into existing network architectures, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance enhancements.* Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, GitHub, VSCode) to support network provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.**Who You Are*** You hold a College/University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.* Bring 7–10 years of experience in designing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure. A combination of education and experience will be considered.* Hold relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP); other industry certifications are considered an asset.* Proficient in automation and orchestration frameworks, including Ansible, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Versa Director.* Skilled in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.We offer a flexible hybrid work model, competitive benefits and pension plan, generous time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
