Senior Claims Analyst

Join Canada Life as a Senior Claims Analyst (bilingual) on a permanent, full‑time basis. As part of the Living Benefit Claims department you will adjudicate individual disability and critical illness claims, making timely and accurate decisions in line with policy terms. Responsibilities Develop the claim file by assessing medical, financial and occupational factors. Review all information received and determine whether to accept or deny each claim. Consult with the Medical Board, accountant, legal counsel and peers as needed. Communicate decisions and required information to policyholders, doctors, agents and lawyers via letter, telephone and email. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in French and English is required. Relevant experience in a claims or similar analytical role with strong judgment skills. Proven ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven tasks. Excellent time management, analytical and independent decision‑making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong customer service orientation. The base salary for this position ranges from $50,400.00 to $75,600.00 annually. Additional variable compensation may be offered as part of the total rewards program.
