This is the perfect role for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, overseeing a high performing team of global designers, coordinating major engineering centers, and acting as the bridge between operations, sales and engineering. As part of this growth, they’re looking to bring on a high-caliber Engineering or Design Manager to lead from the front and make a real impact across the Americas. In this role you’ll take ownership of engineering resources across Canada, the US, Mexico and Brazil, ensuring the right people are in the right place with the tools and training to succeed. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and high-profile customers, solving challenges and driving delivery in a fast-paced global environment. This role will suit either a Design Manager or Engineering Manager from a packaging background, with a proven track record of managing multiple engineering teams. Experience with CAD software and data management systems is essential to understand and support the challenges your team will face.
