Performance Test Engineer

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Responsibilities and Qualifications Need a lead level resource who is a self‑starter and can work independently. Strong hands‑on knowledge of LoadRunner (scripting and analysis), Dynatrace performance monitoring (DT), Gremlin (chaos tests), Azure cloud concepts and SRE practices. Good understanding of SQL and Dynatrace dashboard creation. Strong understanding of program‑level test planning and test approach. Hands‑on test script creation and test plan creation. Ability to independently manage and deliver non‑functional testing activities such as test‑plan creation, deep‑dive analysis of load tests, and proper articulation of test sign‑offs. Experience with cloud‑based applications relevant to performance testing. Experience with web‑based applications, API testing relevant to performance testing. Experience in micro‑services architecture. Experience with Java scripting. Nice to Have Groovy scripting; any programming language or automation scripting experience that improves tedious manual tasks (e.g., creating macros). Experience in Chaos Engineering. Good understanding of payments technology (e.g., SWIFT/ACH/Fedwire) and banking domain knowledge. Good exposure to GenAI/Co‑pilot.
