As we expand across Canada, we’re looking for a drivenRegional Sales Manager to lead our growth in Ontario—starting in the Greater Toronto Area. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share. Strengthen relationships with existing HVAC distributors and wholesalers. Identify and onboard new distribution partners. Build awareness of our products within the engineering and HVAC communities. Conduct regular in-person visits across the GTA and Ontario. Provide market insights to support internal product and marketing teams. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience in technical or equipment-based industries Experience selling to distributors, wholesalers, and resellers Strong understanding of the technical sales cycle Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter comfortable with remote work and frequent travel Nice to Have Experience in the residential HVAC industry Engineering background (education or work experience) Familiarity with the Ontario HVAC distribution landscape Why Join Us?
