Business Systems Analyst – Varicent ICM (Contract) Hybrid – Toronto | 1 day/week in office We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the end-to-end delivery of projects involving Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the subject matter expert on Varicent, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and a third-party service integrator. What You’ll Do Gather and analyse business requirements related to incentive compensation workflows. Collaborate with a Service Integrator to contribute to Solution Requirements Documents (SRDs). Coordinate between business, QA, and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Document and manage integration points between CRM, Varicent ICM, and downstream systems (e.g., HR, general ledger). Support user access, performance metrics, reporting, and dispute management within the ICM platform. Run intermediate SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Ensure clear technical documentation for both business and IT audiences. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM or similar incentive compensation platforms. Strong understanding of end-to-end compensation workflows and system integrations. Proven ability to deliver projects from requirements through to implementation. Experience working in a technical BSA capacity across business and tech teams. Intermediate SQL skills (joins, selects, data analysis). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have Background in banking, insurance, or industries with complex compensation structures. Experience reporting into a technology organisation.
