Project Coordinator or Manager - Richmond Do you have experience in the printing or ad agency industry and are looking for an exciting challenge? What is in it for you? - Competitive starting wage ($25 to $30 per hour starting wage, commensurate with experience) - Full-time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours - Permanent position with extended health benefits - Career growth opportunities and higher earning potential- Work for a renowned high-end commercial printing company What is the job? - Located at a busy high-end printing company, the Project Manager is a high level, big picture role that oversees numerous projects in motion at once.- Coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and completion of orders and projects.- Working with an internal database (similar to Microsoft Excel) and monitoring all active projects from conception to completion.- Maintaining high-level or organization and practicing quick-thinking to problem solve any issues that may arise.- Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.- Monitoring all daily activities in relation to orders to ensure client satisfaction.- Administrative duties relating to order management.- Ad hoc duties as requested by upper management.What you bring to the job? - A minimum of 2+ years’ prior related experience required.- Background in printing, advertising agency, or related field is required.- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is required.- Highly efficient, organized, and self-starter mentality.- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly on the go.- Ability to practice discretion and maintain a customer service-centric mindset.- Strong communication skills and command of the English language.- High-level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) is required.Select APPLY NOW to hear from a recruiter within 24 hours.Share this job with friends and family and earn dollars for every successful hire.Manpower Group recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
