Our Quebec team of 1,600 professionals leads integrated project work for the STM partnership, supporting the city’s ecological transition and economic development. In this role you will work on long‑term projects with STM, managing the multidisciplinary Implementation Schedule (MEO) in a hybrid environment (project office, construction site, remote). You will be responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, producing executive‑level reports, and ensuring project milestones are met. Your Background – Qualifications 10 years of experience in project planning and control during the implementation phase (MEO), ideally in infrastructure‑related fields (architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, automation, etc.) and specialized industrial equipment (tracks, motorized installations, TCPE, etc.). University degree in administration or engineering, or any combination of relevant experience and education in the construction field. Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software. Experience preparing executive‑level reports or presentations. Excellent French writing skills. ASP safety card (required for construction site access). Your Keys to Success Flexibility to travel to the project office (Downtown) or the construction site office (Jean‑Talon & St‑Michel area). Proficiency in TILOS and MS Project. Experience with metro projects or large‑scale infrastructure projects (over $50 M). Strong attention to detail and rigor. Good communication skills.
