This position understands general office procedures and is able to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems, assist with basic research, and effectively manage time. This position may perform other tasks as required.**Responsibilities:**Assists with general office duties (e.g., answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.).Prepares reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.Coordinates and prepares information for internal use and distribution.Weighs packages at a DIM weight scanner and ensures scanners are functioning properly and packages are in position to have labels read (i.e., facing up) by the scanner**Shift Timings:**Tuesday to Sunday, 4 AM to 9 AM**Qualifications:**Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem-solving, research and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Exhibits accurate and rapid data entryHigh school diploma, GED, or International equivalentUPS Canada est un employeur inclusif et qui adhu00e8re au principe du2019u00e9galitu00e9 du2019accu00e8s u00e0 lu2019emploi.
