What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and leading the strategic planning process for the Enterprise Strategy, preparing presentations for executive leadership teams, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborating with various business units, product, finance, sales, and operational teams to develop and refine the enterprise strategy.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement effective strategies for partnering with external organizations and executing partner initiatives.
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Fostering a culture of communication and collaboration throughout the organization by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for strategic connections, and maintaining consistency in processes and systems.
  • Leading the development of key components of the Health & Admin strategy, including innovative public health strategies, provider strategy, and other areas.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technological opportunities to enhance health initiatives in the context of payer-provider relationships.
  • Supporting business units (Health, Admin, Insurance) in delivering strategic initiatives by working with internal stakeholders, developing strategy from ideation to execution.
  • Conducting market and industry research to inform enterprise and line of business strategies.
  • Synthesizing environmental scans, customer needs, technology trends, competitive threats, and expansion opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Developing reports and presentations to facilitate strategic discussions across the enterprise.
  • Demonstrating a discovery mindset, building strong relationships across and beyond the organization, and establishing credibility with key business partners.
  • Exhibiting leadership, management, influence, agility, and action orientation skills to achieve objectives.
  • Participating in delivering key presentations to leadership, including the SLT and Board of Directors, on topics such as the 5-year Corporate Plan and assessment of business cases.
  • Demonstrating tenacity and accountability for project/program/strategic initiative leadership and success.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field, with a specialization in Strategy Development.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy-focused positions within Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or the Health/Health Tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated senior-level expertise in preparing and delivering materials and presentations for Board and Executive audiences.
  • Ability to engage collaboratively with fellow leaders, including executives, to steer business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in generating strategic and innovative solutions supported by data and insights, with a keen understanding of aligning strategy with financial analyses and plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to senior leaders.
  • Exceptional collaboration capabilities, fostering productive teamwork across diverse functions and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in applying analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Driven by results, dedicated to achieving performance excellence, and inclined to challenge conventional norms.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation techniques for crafting materials aimed at Board and Executive audiences.


Complimentary Experience:

  • Strong understanding of public health systems, policies, and practices.
  • Corporate Strategy experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
