Software Architect – Genesys Join us to help build the AI‑powered Experience Orchestration platform and deliver cutting‑edge search capabilities to a global user base. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy software to improve platform features, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other teams to build new search capabilities. Advocate for best search practices and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time. What We’re Looking For Strong Java engineering background and experience with Spring. Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event‑driven design. Knowledge of AWS services. Experience with Elasticsearch (or equivalent) and query/indexing optimization. Ability to design large‑scale search solutions from requirements to delivery. Technologies We Use Java, Spring Elasticsearch, Kafka AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) CI/CD for automation, testing, and scaling Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
