Dayforce Implementation Project Manager

Overview Job Title : Dayforce Implementation Project Manager Location : Ontario, Canada Duration : Full-Time In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end Dayforce implementation projects — from planning and design to delivery and client handover. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth delivery, exceptional results, and long-term client relationships. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to our clients — helping them improve business processes, adopt best practices, and get the most value from their Dayforce investment. Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery: Plan, lead, and deliver Dayforce implementation projects from start to finish. Create project plans, define timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Run regular project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and consultants to ensure project success. Identify risks, solve challenges, and escalate issues when needed. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business goals and align Dayforce solutions to meet them. Act as their go-to advisor on implementation best practices and ongoing improvements. Proactively identify ways to add value and improve the client experience. Business Process & Solution Design: Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce solutions. Lead workshops to define HR, payroll, and workforce management needs. Recommend enhancements, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize Dayforce usage. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to client needs. Sales & Business Development Support: Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and RFP responses. Partner with sales teams to craft effective implementation strategies. Qualifications 3–4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR, payroll, or workforce management systems. Strong understanding of Dayforce and related HR / Payroll processes. Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects. Strong communication and presentation skills — able to engage with clients and internal teams effectively. Great organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional designs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong consulting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
