For our client – a well-established European manufacturing company specializing in accessories for off‑road and utility vehicles (UTVs, forklifts, etc.) – we are currently seeking an experienced SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER focused on the Canadian market. The company has a solid presence in North America and cooperates with reputable partners in the import and distribution sectors. In Canada, a warehouse and logistics support are already in place. The main objective of this role is to strengthen direct sales efforts, particularly targeting large‑volume buyers and public institutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively identifying new business opportunities across Canada – particularly in sectors such as municipal services, hotel chains, mining operations, logistics and warehouse facilities, etc. Building and maintaining relationships with federal, provincial, municipal, and private‑sector clients. Engaging with UTV and specialty vehicle importers to offer complete solutions featuring the client’s accessories. Close cooperation with the European manufacturing team to coordinate and manage orders. Occasional on‑site presence in Windsor, Ontario to support collaboration with the local warehouse. Who We Are Looking For: A candidate with sales experience in UTVs, motorcycles, scooters, small utility vehicles, boats, or related technical segments. A proactive sales professional with a proven track record in new business acquisition and relationship building. Familiarity with public procurement or large‑scale wholesale projects is a plus.
