Roles & Responsibilities Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings To supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedule and progress and quality To coordinate closely with Main Contractors,Sub-contractors on work progress Coordinate with sub-contractors and workers on daily activities, and ensure all site workers comply to safety policies and regulations Ensure that the relevant information is communicated to direct reports and sub-contractors to enable them to effectively carry out their duties. To conduct risk assessment at sites to identify for any potential source of risks and recommend and take reasonably practicable steps to eliminate the risk Any Ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (M&E) or equivalent. Preferably with some exposure to Construction industry Min 5 years working experience in M & E Engineering works (permanent position) Prior working experience with Cleanroom for semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry will be highly advantageous Possessed own transport & Class 3 / Motorbike driving license Good communication skills, able to interact with all levels Immediate or Short notice preferred Working location: Tampines, Pioneer or Woodlands Required to work whole day on Saturday Salary will commensurate base on experience and qualification Kindly include the following Reason for leaving (All past and present employment) Last drawn Salary Expected Salary Availability and Notice Period Please be inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
