We put you first: At our facility inSt-Marysyou can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Lead: Responsibilities Implementation and monitoring of thequalitydaily management activitiesin collaboration with the quality team at the group level Responsible in the implementation, monitoring, and audit of the variouscertifications Leadcustomersinteractionin collaboration withinternal stakeholdersfor the execution of customer qualifications, product qualifications and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities from the complaint management system Establishes and analyzessite quality objectivesregarding product issues, defective materials, customer, and supplier complaints Participate in the implementation ofimprovement projectsin collaboration with the operations team Responsible fortraining and awarenessof staff on quality (principles, procedures, quality culture) Contribute to improve thegroup synergy and global successthrough our containerboard network Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission. Qualifications You too, put forward your strengths: 5+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing process and knowledge of industry regulations 1+ years of progressive leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, course or certification in quality management, or a combination of the above Certifications in quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma belts, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001) are considered an asset Experience with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) is considered an asset We look forward to meeting you About Cascades Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
