We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations in Salmon Arm BC . The Drive Ahead Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships to foster loyalty Performance Essentials Proven leadership and 3-5 years of automotive sales experience (2+ years in management) Strong financial and analytical acumen-capable of forecasting and budgeting Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans Valid driver's license with clear abstract Full-time availability - including occasional weekend coverage as required Bannister Accessories Competitive wages with a performance-based commission structure Extended benefits package , including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group - internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training and professional development Company vehicle included with the role Relocation assistance available for out-of-town candidates Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
