Contact Center Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Specialist to design and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. Base Pay Range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr Contract Details 6‑month contract, remote working EST hours. Bilingual ENG/FR Job Description The role involves assisting with needs assessment, conducting product demonstrations, developing configurations, integrating third‑party applications, providing training and support, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance data, and recommending optimization strategies. Requirements 3+ years of experience working with the Genesys Cloud platform Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third‑party applications Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles Experience with designing and leading a Genesys Cloud implementation (or upgrade/migration) Bilingual French and English (comfort working with French‑speaking clients) Compensation $40/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
