Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support 2–3 Agile product teams to achieve their goals and help leadership coordinate across the family. Location: Toronto office – hybrid model. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Scrum. What you'll do Be a Senior Scrum Master for 2 to 3 teams, ensuring sprint planning and task definition, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint review, backlog refinement and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead to ensure the team's needs are addressed and obstacles are cleared. Shield the team from external changes to maintain focus on the sprint goal. Track team's performance metrics and progress towards sprint goals. Navigate, communicate, and decipher trends using team metrics and progress towards OKRs. Support Product Owner and Tech Lead in defining, reviewing, and communicating the shared team's vision and OKRs. Partner with Product Owner and Tech Lead to foster psychological safety and a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Partner with Product Owner and Tech Lead to support team's launch. Work with program leadership to ensure strategy agreement and support the vision, roadmap, priorities, and OKRs. Track and communicate goals, risks, dependencies, and milestones to program leadership. Assist in tracking execution and provide metrics for data-driven decisions. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance organizational agility. What you bring Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP or other related certifications. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 2 to 4 years of relevant Scrum Master experience. 3+ years of Agile methodology experience in a large enterprise environment. 3+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and similar tools. Nice-to-have Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
