Senior Finance Analyst – PMI Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Salary: $76,800 - $115,200 CAD Department Overview The Canadian Personal and Commercial Finance organization provides finance and advisory support to Canadian Personal Banking and Business Banking, the largest segment of TD Bank. The Performance Measurement Insights and Analysis (PMIA) finance team supports the development and achievement of Cad P&C financial and strategic objectives through robust reporting, forecasting, decision support, and competitive benchmarking. Job Description The Senior Analyst (PMIA) reports to the Senior Group Manager, PMIA and works with a diverse team to provide finance advisory support, insights, and analysis for all lines of business within the Cad P&C segment. This role offers a deep understanding of TD Bank’s largest segment, allows collaboration with senior business and finance executives, and builds a network across Finance and Cad P&C business. Primary Accountabilities Provide finance reporting, advisory, and thought leadership on Cad P&C P&L line items (focus on FTE and Expenses). Prepare monthly, quarterly, Flash and MOR reports and other business performance reporting packages for TD Bank’s senior executive team. Manage the planning and forecasting process for the segment and collaborate with stakeholders across EDS and consolidation teams. Provide finance support to the Senior Manager. Manage the plan transfer process for Cad P&C. Job Requirements Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities – synthesize large amounts of information into clear analysis and recommendations. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Hyperion and EPM an asset. Strong communication skills tailored to a senior executive audience. Ability to re‑design and streamline processes for control, accuracy, and efficiency. Agile in a fast‑paced environment and able to reprioritize tasks. Highly motivated, able to manage competing priorities. Relationship management and organizational awareness – engage the organization to get things done. Business acumen – understand the business from the ground up and key levers for superior results. CPA/CA/CFA designation an asset.
