Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures inventory accuracy for items or location being picked, packed, palletized, shipped out and or put away.
  • Pick and packs orders in boxes or pallets.
  • Monitor supply deliveries and manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure shipment processes are compliant.
  • Complete data entries for receipt of orders in system.
  • Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for retail channels via classification.
  • Performs physical inventory counts making sure it matches with our system.
  • Work in collaboration with Managers to oversee performance management of warehouse.
  • Ensure that all inventory documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Other related duties as warehouse clerk activities.


Profile and skills required

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
  • Good experience in a warehousing environment.
  • Proficiency in order processing software. Experience using NetSuite is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Regularly Lift and move objects up to 25lbs (job may be physical in nature; up to 70% of the time).
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
  • Able to operate equipment such as computers, scanners, copy machines, phones.

Les responsabilités principales

  • Assurer la précision de l'inventaire des articles ou des lieux en cours de ramassage, d'emballage, de palettisation, d'expédition ou de rangement.
  • Prépare et emballe les commandes dans des boîtes ou sur des palettes.
  • Contrôler les livraisons de fournitures et gérer les calendriers de nettoyage et d'entretien réguliers.
  • S'assurer que les processus d'expédition sont conformes.
  • Compléter les entrées de données pour la réception des commandes dans le système.
  • Gérer les autorisations de retour de marchandises pour les chaînes de vente par la classification.
  • Effectuer des inventaires physiques en s'assurant qu'ils correspondent à notre système.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les responsables pour superviser la gestion des performances de l'entrepôt.
  • S'assurer que tous les documents d'inventaire sont complets et exacts.
  • Autres tâches connexes dans le cadre des activités du commis d'entrepôt.


Qualifications

  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Bonne expérience dans un environnement en entrepôt.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de traitement des commandes. L'expérience du système NetSuite est un atout.
  • Attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles.
  • Soulever et déplacer régulièrement des objets pesant jusqu'à 25 livres (le travail peut être physique par nature ; jusqu'à 70 % du temps).
  • Il est souvent nécessaire de se tenir debout, de marcher, de se baisser, de s'agenouiller, de s'accroupir ou de marcher à quatre pattes.
  • Capacité à utiliser des équipements tels que des ordinateurs, des scanners, des photocopieuses et des téléphones.
