Base pay range CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$125,000.00/yr Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Product Manager specializing in Content AI and Process Automation . This strategic role leads the charge in leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to revolutionize our enterprise systems for managing product information, digital assets, and organizational workflows. The core mission is to enable seamless and rapid product launches, ensuring new products are available online quickly by integrating automation throughout the end-to-end onboarding process and significantly reducing manual effort. This role will also be crucial in deploying Generative AI capabilities to automate content creation at scale for digital commerce and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Automation & AI Implementation Lead the implementation of AI and automation capabilities across enterprise content systems (Product Information, Digital Assets, and Workflow) to reduce manual effort in the end-to-end product onboarding process. Enable AI and automation solutions for content and creative development at scale across all eCommerce and marketing channels. Develop and execute AI-driven automation strategies to optimize content management and product onboarding, focusing on speed-to-market. Directly contribute to the development and refinement of effective prompts and responses for AI language models (LLMs) tailored to specific business needs. Technical Execution & Collaboration Coordinate with IT development teams, external integration resources, and third-party AI platform providers to implement and integrate solutions across the content supply chain. Apply data science techniques to enhance product data quality, accuracy, and processing efficiency. Utilize technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript to support AI-based automation implementation. Work closely with Product Managers from various platforms to enable shared automation services. Governance & Reporting Engage key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, share progress, and ensure strategic alignment. Define and implement capabilities for tracking AI confidence scoring and KPI reporting for ongoing optimization of automation outputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong product ownership skills. Solid background in AI and data science, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering for LLMs and proficiency in industry-leading AI solutions (e.g., major cloud provider AI services and related tooling). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of the product content onboarding and optimization processes within a retail or digital commerce environment is ideal. Experience with major enterprise platforms for Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Workflow, and Commerce is a significant plus. Required experience working with various SaaS AI platforms for content generation, media editing, data quality evaluation, data enrichment, and SEO optimization. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is required; certification is a plus. Work Arrangement Hybrid – Four days onsite, one day (Fridays) remote.
