This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing Sales teams, and executing go-to-market strategies. Working with clients to identify, qualify, and secure sales opportunities for multiple product lines, and advance, nurture, and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will also maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services; develop new sales leads; as well as update and maintain the CRM system. Along with sales activities, you will work with other departments to ensure an exceptional client experience, develop lead generation strategies, and help build a goal-oriented Sunco team. This successful candidate will be a valuable member of our leadership team at Sunco. Key Responsibilities Supervise the sales team in a leadership capacity, providing motivational direction, to own and exceed targets, performance monitoring, and overall mentorship Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Design and implement a sales strategy for Sunco to adhere to, updating as market conditions change, and monitor on a quarterly basis for performance to reach sales targets Develop and promote quarterly sales objectives to your team, along with individual sales goals and provide detailed and accurate sales reports Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base Cultivate lasting relationships with stakeholders within new and existing accounts to further on-going strategy and solidify Sunco’s position as a trusted systems integrator Assist the sales team to follow up on orders, quotations, and service requests; complete activities to ensure the sales and solution remain the best solution possible and overcome client objections Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients Review and provide input on target client opportunities while ensuring alignment with overall strategy Assess costs, competition, and supply & demand within the industry to help understand and identify trends, and ability to position products against competitors Develop customized proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings Utilize the CRM system to accurately report quotations, sales and forecasting Work ongoingly to update Sunco’s CRM to ensure client information is accurate, develop, create, maintain and communicate sales reporting Represent and participate in the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings Active support in future recruitment and retention strategies Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 3+ Years of experience of Management in Sales and Leadership 8+ Years of progressive Sales experience Demonstrated success in managing large Sales teams and exceeding revenue goals Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills Active sales experience with new and existing clients Working alongside the Marketing department to set lead generation strategies Strong knowledge of Telecommunication and Information Technology industry Competencies Exceptional and strategic Sales Leadership Driven team motivation and culture building Data-driven decision making Strong ability in coach and talent development Customer-centric mindset Cross-functional collaboration Work Environment Can travel to customer offices, as required Valid driver’s license Valid Canadian passport Clean Criminal Record check What We Offer Hybrid work environment Competitive salary Paid vacation time Competitive benefit package including health, dental, disability, and life Close-knit, supportive work environment Why Join Sunco?
