Overview Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer - Substation Layout We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join our Energy & Resources team. You’ll work on renewable energy and substation projects across Canada, collaborating with a passionate electrical energy team. You’ll have opportunities for professional development and may work on job sites and with customers to apply your skills in the field. A flexible hybrid work model is offered, with a base in the province of Quebec (preferably Greater Montreal, Quebec City or Sherbrooke areas). Responsibilities Draw up plans and specifications for electrical installations Write and review technical advice reports and plans and specifications Design installations and technical specifications for equipment Electrical installation for substations Electrical installation for wind, solar and battery projects Qualifications More than ten (10) years of experience Member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for registration Experience in distribution system and substation design Fluency in spoken and written French Fluency in spoken and written English in a professional context to work on projects outside QC Ability to write clear, well-structured technical reports Demonstrates proactivity and seeks opportunities to better serve customers and optimize processes, aiming to deliver superior quality work Valid Driver\'s License Why choose CIMA+?
