As a Senior D365 Functional Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions. You’ll lead fit-gap analysis, create functional documentation, configure modules, and support full-cycle implementations. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, and convert them into use cases and test cases Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze functional requirements Configure and integrate D365 F&O modules Lead testing, training, and go-live support Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
