Our agency client is looking for a Creative Account/ Project Manager to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, 40 hours per week and remote. You must have pharma client experience, and ideally from an agency or in-house studio. This person will play a key role in leading a creative team of content creators in the development of innovative, high-quality creative assets and unique experiences that engage customers. Base pay range CA$50.00/hr - CA$60.00/hr Responsibilities Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the internal team Facilitate regular two-way communication between the client and creative team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations Collaborate with marketing on internal briefing documents Review client deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met Work closely with creative, copy and creative projects coordinator to maintain a continuous, high-level knowledge of project status Oversee client work to ensure client needs and creative goals, and quality standards are met Contribute design ideas and guidance on client work, coaching design and creative teams to produce their best work Build trust and nurture productive relationships with internal business partners, external agency partners and marketing Qualifications Experience working with a creative team at an agency or in-house creative department Knowledge and experience with digital production requirements and processes Experience with content management systems and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) Knowledge of FDA guidelines in relation to pharmaceutical marketing practices a strong plus Pharma experience is a must Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Project Management Industries: Business Consulting and Services; Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
