We’re a fast-growing membership-based company with over 750+ members worldwide and we’re looking for a Head of Operations to help us scale effectively. The Head of Operations, reporting to the CEO, is responsible for translating vision into execution across all major functions. This role ensures clarity, alignment, and accountability in the organization. They manage strategic initiatives, track performance through KPIs, oversee project execution, and foster a high-performance, trust-based culture. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment Translate CEO vision into organizational goals, priorities, and initiatives. Define success metrics, scorecards, and operating rhythms. Ensure CEO and leadership team maintain clarity and focus. Operational Leadership Install and oversee Sales, Marketing, Community, Coaching, and Operations leaders. Establish and run the company’s operating cadence to ensure visibility, alignment, and strategic oversight of execution. Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support clarity, alignment, and team development while partnering with the Business Operations Lead to ensure tactical execution stays on track. Run leadership meetings, align on priorities, and drive execution. Hold leaders accountable to results, budgets, and deadlines. Project & Initiative Management Scope, plan, and resource strategic initiatives. Delegate execution while maintaining accountability. Create buy-in across the team and resolve blockers. People & Culture Build trust, psychological safety, and cross-functional collaboration. Coach and develop leaders and managers. Manage and resolve internal team conflicts. Performance & Risk Management Manage KPIs and internal reporting. Assess organizational risks and make recommendations. Ensure financial discipline and margin awareness. Experience Required 5+ years experience in a senior operations leadership or integrator role (COO, Head of Ops, or similar). Experience leading in a membership-based, coaching, or digital business. Familiarity with EOS, OKRs, or other goal-setting frameworks. History of scaling remote or distributed teams. Background in finance is a plus. Experience building performance dashboards (KPIs, Metrics), operating systems, and accountability frameworks About Future Firm Future Firm is a media company that helps accountants work less and earn more.
