We raised $6.5M in our first year of operations and are experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help elevate our customer experience.
Job Summary:
The Customer Success & Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are successful from the moment they sign up for our service. You will guide them through the onboarding process, understand their needs, migrate their data and ensure that they know how to make the most out of our product. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years in customer success ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, or consulting, with a passion for growing into operations or customer success roles.
- Clear, professional, and effective communication is essential for success in this role.
- Comfort with learning and navigating technical tools and systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver impactful results.
- Customer-First Approach: A genuine commitment to understanding and supporting customer needs.
- Passionate about solving challenges and understanding the intricacies of our customers requirements.
- Embraces feedback and actively supports skill development among teammates.
