Family Physician Locum Position Job Overview Dr. RS Clinic on Fraser Street is seeking a locum Family Physician for a 2‑week coverage period anytime in July/August 2025. The start and end dates are very flexible and can be arranged to accommodate the incoming physician’s schedule. The role offers an opportunity to transition to a permanent position. Responsibilities & Work Pattern Cover 2–3 in‑person mornings per week; the remainder of the shift will be telehealth phone appointments. Work 3–4 hour shifts, seeing approximately 5 patients per hour. Manage a patient panel primarily comprised of senior citizens with chronic health conditions. Utilize MedAccess EMR system; clinic is fully computerised. Schedule & Hours Work hours: 10am – 2pm. Coverage can be adjusted to fit the physician’s availability. Compensation Remuneration: LFP, 70/30. Position type: Permanent, Full‑Time (locum for 2‑week period). Location & Facilities Clinic on Fraser Street, 2 exam rooms and a separate charting office. Free street parking on East 26th Avenue. Accessible by 8/25 bus routes. Qualifications Licensed Family Physician, fluent in English. Experience working with senior patients preferred.
