As part of our team, you’ll work cross‑functionally to scope and implement solutions that increase speed, capacity, and quality of the document generation engine. You’ll drive innovations that help personal injury victims receive rightful compensation. What You’ll Do Product Development for AI‑Native Workflows: integrate traditional SaaS with AI applications and prototype zero‑to‑one features quickly. Cross‑functional Work: collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm, scope, and realize new features. Architecture & Engineering Excellence: establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery while leading user‑facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems. Code Quality & Security: deliver secure, compliant code for sensitive data; ensure quality through testing, reviews, and standards adherence. Mentorship & Team Growth: provide feedback on code and design; contribute to culture, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. Operational Responsibilities: on‑call, resolve issues, reduce toil, and document processes. What We Look For Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems emphasizing reliability, observability, and performance. Proven proficiency in Python or other languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++. Ability to craft production‑ready code, RESTful APIs, and manage infrastructure to industry standards. Track record of delivering complex projects from concept to deployment. Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments such as startups. Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Strong ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving skills. Bonus: experience in AI, legal tech, or social impact projects.
