Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Partnership/Development Executive to lead our efforts in Canada market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Canada. business landscape, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and expanding our client base in Canada. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate Canada market. Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, consulting firms, and other organizations in Canada that can complement and enhance our software outsourcing services. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential Canada clients. Drive lead generation and conversion efforts to secure new business opportunities. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in Vietnam to leverage partnerships for lead generation, client acquisition, and market penetration in Canada market. Market Research: Conduct thorough research on Canada market to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities. Use this information to refine business development strategies. Brand Representation: Represent the company at Canada industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Network with industry leaders and explore new partnership opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and business development activities in Canada market. Provide regular updates to senior management on key metrics, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the software outsourcing or IT services industry, with a specific focus on Canada market. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Canada business environment, including industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory landscape. Experience in navigating the complexities of Canada market is essential. Network: Established network of industry contacts in Canada, including technology providers, consulting firms, and potential clients. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and negotiating strategic partnerships in Canada market. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies that align with the company’s goals for Canada market. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and pitch solutions to Canada-based clients and partners. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market opportunities, partnership performance, and competitive positioning. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with global teams.
