What you’ll do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, responsible for both technical leadership and hands‑on development. You’ll build and enhance our core services, which handle billions of API calls a month. This role requires you to be a versatile full‑stack developer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenance. Your Responsibilities Architectural Design: Architect and maintain scalable REST APIs that can serve a multitude of use cases without breaking backwards compatibility. Full‑Stack Development: Build and expand React frontends that provide meaningful insights and empower non‑technical users to leverage our platform. Performance Optimization: Optimize existing Node.js services by unlocking performance opportunities with Rust . Internal Tooling: Create internal tools that enable our sales and logistics teams to better serve our customers. Developer Enablement: Write clear API documentation and guides that enable developers to better use our APIs. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our product managers and customers to ensure your work translates into business impact. You’ll also collaborate with our founders to generate growth ideas and improve existing processes. What Will You Bring To This Role You are a versatile and experienced full‑stack engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of building and shipping high‑quality software. You thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and are helping both your team and your customers succeed. 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, building both front‑end and back‑end solutions. Professional experience building APIs with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB . Professional experience creating frontends with TypeScript and React . Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Vitest . Strong technical writing skills, ideally demonstrable through project or customer‑facing documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Rust/C/C++ .
