Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by assessing client exposures, advising on tailored insurance solutions, and clearly communicating why recommended coverage is the best fit. Drive revenue growth by achieving new business targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive and comprehensive service to shared clients. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to coverage, billing, claims and other service needs, maintaining high service standards and quick turnaround times. Identify and cultivate new business through strategic networking, community involvement, and generating internal referrals. Continuously upgrade product and market knowledge to stay informed of evolving insurance solutions and provide expert-level advice to clients.
