Field Placement Officer, Early Childhood Education Program

## Field Placement Officer, Early Childhood Education Program* Arranges and co-ordinates student placements for three semesters annually for multiple sections of the ECE Diploma program;* Maintains liaising relationship with key stakeholders involved in field placement;* Recruits new placement sites;* Records and administers placement related data.* Minimum two (2) year diploma or equivalent, in ECE;* Minimum of two (2) years experience in delivering services to a diverse clientele, preferably in an educational setting;* Up to date registration with the College of ECE, is an asset;* Recent experience arranging work/co-op placements is an asset;* Highly effective organizational skills with keen attention to detail;* Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relations/partnerships with internal and external clients;* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work independently and within a team;* Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;* Experience using databases to track and report on a variety of data;* Strong communication skills, oral and written;* Knowledge of Student Information Systems (e.g., GeneSIS), online collaboration tools and/or Learning Management Systems (e.g., Brightspace) is an asset;* Experience with use of CRM tool(s) is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
