Senior Manager, Canadian Resource Centre (CRC) – Data and Analytics Join KPMG Canada as a Senior Manager, Canadian Resource Centre (CRC) – Data and Analytics . We are hiring a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication and technical skills, interested in travel and working from India. If you seek a challenging career, our expanding team supports various global engagement teams. The CRC Senior Manager will support audit business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modeling, helping them achieve CRC objectives and KPIs. A key responsibility is to provide direct support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams, enabling Canadian audit teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence effectively. What You Will Do Operations Manage daily operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence with the CRC national management and CDST teams. Support audit engagement teams in utilizing CRC D&A resources. Oversee quality improvement initiatives within the India-based QMCI team, ensuring high audit standards. Create training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for the CRC portal. Implement firm processes to support business needs. Data & Analytics Identify new services, tools, and offerings to enhance audit team experience. Conduct annual budgeting, forecasting, and FTE modeling using data analytics tools. Assist in business development and proposal creation. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams regarding licensing and security access. Review and approve access requests for software tools like Visio Pro, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc. Other Responsibilities Mentor junior team members. Willingness to travel internationally and obtain necessary visas for India. Support policy interpretation and application as needed. Adjust work hours to overlap with offshore teams for operational success. Business needs may require working beyond normal hours and personal flexibility is supported. Qualifications Canadian CPA or equivalent. 8+ years in public practice accounting, with 5+ in management. Senior manager experience, including 2+ years at KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years of auditing and team management experience. Degree in computer science, database management, or related fields. Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and analytics tools like Power BI, Power Query, Python, R, Alteryx, PowerApps, Power Automate. Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset. Resourceful, proactive, and innovative problem solver. Strong technical audit skills and organizational abilities. Fluent in English; French is an asset. Experience with KBS Audit Foundations courses is a plus. Compensation The salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, with potential bonuses. Salary depends on location, skills, and experience.
