Base pay range CA$170,000.00/yr - CA$220,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead on senior living projects based in the Vancouver area; oversee a portfolio of third-party projects and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project life cycle. Manage construction from pre-construction through to completion; provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, safety, quality standards, and processes are consistently met. Drive problem solving, risk mitigation, trade management, and relationship building to achieve project excellence. Review and approve contracts; ensure contract compliance by the project team; enable effective selection and deployment of key trades. Control schedule and budgets from development to project completion; provide accurate monthly reporting to the Customer and Marcon. About the role and team Markets and Customers Engage with customers to understand, measure and exceed expectations. Maintain project pipeline and capacity plans to deliver on customer commitments. People Provide leadership to project teams to meet customer needs and plans; recruit, retain and grow project team talent. Process / Technology Deploy Marcon’s operations system and continuous improvement strategy; ensure consistent use of construction processes and technologies across all sites. Strategy Participate in Marcon’s business and operations strategy development.
