About Elevation Capital Elevation Capital is a group of internationally impactful companies spanning consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology, real estate, non-profit, and venture funding. Run by a highly entrepreneurial self-made founder and supported by a team of highly capable executives across business units, the business operates globally with interests in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. With wholly owned companies in various growth stages and an expanding investment portfolio, this group collectively serves a global vision to create an evolved world where humanity reaches its highest potential. Our mission is to create and deploy capital for a better world. The Portfolio Company This key leadership role is in a high-growth, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company with a history of strong, profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Through its expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale existing and new products globally, driving exponential revenue growth. Please only apply if you have significant experience in design, luxury construction, diversified family office operations and growing and building mult‑business group enterprises of significance value (>$250m) in a fast‑moving first‑gen founder‑lead environment. You must also be high energy, deeply committed to growth and success and be highly technologically advanced in your work tools and style. This is not a sleepy investment role About The Role As Managing Director, you will be the driving force that turns vision into reality at Elevation Capital—serving as the founder’s right hand and operational powerhouse. You’ll take bold ideas and transform them into execution across a diverse group of companies spanning consumer brands, hospitality, technology, real estate, and venture investments. You will lead the operational engine of the group—integrating businesses, scaling systems, and ensuring every venture delivers performance and growth. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a builder’s role. You’ll thrive if you love complexity, move fast, and bring relentless clarity and accountability to everything you touch. You will run the group of companies for scale, profit, and exit—building systems and discipline that drive operational excellence and enterprise value creation. You’ll drive alignment and integration, ensure each unit performs at its highest level, and build systems that allow the group to scale from hundreds of millions toward billions in enterprise value. You will design, hire, and lead high‑performance teams across all businesses, ensuring the right leaders are in place and that every unit delivers on growth, performance, and profitability. A core focus will be construction and real estate development—overseeing major projects across North America and the Caribbean, from luxury estates to commercial builds. You’ll control the entire lifecycle: entitlements, budgeting, compliance, execution, and ROI. The founder is deeply passionate about building but thrives best when focused on vision, not detail—this is where you step in, owning execution with discipline and speed. This role is for a rare breed of leader: a proven operator who can build both businesses and buildings. Someone who thrives in high‑stakes, complex environments, and who can stand shoulder to shoulder with a visionary founder to grow a family office and multi‑business group that is unlike anything else in the market today. What You'll Do Translate the founder’s bold vision into reality by driving disciplined execution across all business units. Lead design build construction, real estate, and land development projects globally—from luxury estates to large‑scale commercial and hospitality builds across private islands, corporate retreats, and wilderness luxury hospitality. Own group‑wide operations across multiple businesses, ensuring alignment, accountability, and top performance. Drive operational integration, performance systems, and leadership development across the portfolio. Drive near‑term strategic exit of high‑performing CPG portfolio company ($1b+). Contribute to and drive through leadership and team acquisition and operation, company AI‑first strategy, creating technology that replaces the requirement to hire people across the portfolio and prepares the organization for the technology singularity. Manage legal, risk, and compliance in partnership with external counsel. Drive hiring, onboarding, and leadership performance systems across the group. Launch, scale, and operationalize new ventures, acting as founder proxy when needed. Support finance leadership with strategic oversight on budgeting, capital allocation, and ROI for major initiatives. Build scalable operating systems that allow the group to grow from hundreds of millions toward billions in enterprise value. Partner with bankers, investors, and key stakeholders on fundraising, capital projects, and major transactions. Qualifications 5+ years’ executive experience as COO, President, MD, CEO, or similar in complex, high‑pace, founder multi‑entity organizations. Advanced Technology Proficiency. You know how to work in a remote environment, can make your own agendas and know how to gather and organize data as an asset in an AI‑first environment. Prior successful experience reporting directly to, or working very closely with, first‑gen hard‑charging founders; strong, verifiable track record of founder trust, alignment, and success. Strong developed design / build capability for projects ranging from $1‑50M with land development, zoning components including estate management. MBA and CPA/CA preferred; strong command of finance, tax, capital structuring, budgeting and investment. Experience leading teams across finance, operations, legal, and investments. Demonstrated ability to scale systems, teams, and performance across verticals. Experience with real estate/land development, M&A, and venture integration is highly valuable. Previous experience/success and willingness to support service elements of UHNW family office. Comfortable in high‑growth, high‑stakes environments that require both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
