As the Director, Learning & Talent Development, Supply Chain, you will lead the team to develop and deliver specialized learning and development programs to cultivate world‑class leaders and a high‑performing internal talent pipeline that will support the growth of our Supply Chain division. Additionally, you will partner closely with Supply Chain leadership and cross‑functional experts to turn business needs into clear and actionable learning and talent development strategies. THE ROLE As the Director, Learning & Talent Development, Supply Chain, you will lead the team to: Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. Proactively match our Supply Chain talent with the business needs of tomorrow Accelerate the integration and productivity of new and newly promoted Distribution Centre and other Supply Chain employees Develop world‑class Supply Chain leaders and teams to drive the success of our business and support our strategic goals Create and provide best‑in‑class, business‑driven learning & development offerings for our Distribution Centre and Supply Chain teams Standardize and optimize Aritzia's unique Distribution Centre and Supply Chain learning map and development experience THE QUALIFICATIONS Proven and best‑in‑class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in a similar Learning & Talent Development role A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
