Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Canada. ( Profile Our client is a producer of consumer goods sold to pharmacies and groceries. We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Director who can blend strategy with heart and to assist them with their growth. You will have experience at a grass‑roots level with marketing to clients as well as direct to consumer brands. You will manage a small team, shape the strategy and work with other departments to achieve long‑term growth objectives. The person we seek is used to rolling up their sleeves and getting involved. Territory Canada Workplace Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days home office (Eastern Ontario) Products/Services Consumer goods sold to groceries and pharmacies Salary Base TBD Commissions/Bonus TBD Car allowance km reimbursement Expense’s reimbursement All professional expenses reimbursed Other Benefits Insurance Dental care Vision care Disability insurance Medication reimbursement 2 personal days per year Finish early on Fridays 4 weeks' vacation Benefits after 3 months Functions Shape and own the marketing strategy to strengthen our position Act as a key member of the senior management team Lead, coach, and empower the marketing team Oversee digital marketing, social media and graphic design/marketing coordination Champion our brand Grow our digital community through direct-to-consumer, SEO and data Strengthen retail presence and collaborate with sales to do so Work with management and sales to identify new opportunities Support the full product lifecycle Drive results Manage marketing budget Define meaningful KPIs to track awareness, engagement, and growth across all channels Requirements Development vs Maintenance: N/A Road vs Office: N/A Languages: French and English (written and spoken) Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline Training: On the job training provided Overnight Travel: There are 2 major trade shows to attend, annually Years of experience: At least 3 years in a similar role Other requirements: Experience with CPG, personal care or related field Transferable Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail/trade marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
