Your New Role As Interior Designer, you’ll join the Design & Construction team and play a key role in shaping the guest experience across White Spot and Triple O’s locations. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, balancing brand identity, functionality, and budget. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week after completion of the probation period. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from initial concept to final walkthrough Develop space plans, design schemes, millwork details, and FF&E packages Present design concepts and manage stakeholder feedback Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and permitting requirements Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants Stay current on design trends, materials, and techniques What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 3 years of local studio experience in Interior design, with a strong focus on restaurant or hospitality environments Degree from an accredited design school in North America (or equivalent) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft 365 & Revit Knowledge Strong graphic presentation and rendering skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Thorough understanding of BC Building Code and construction processes What You'll Get in Return Competitive salary: $75,000–$90,000 Hybrid work flexibility (1–2 days WFH after probation) Extended Health & Dental benefits Life insurance & Disability coverage 3 weeks of Vacation Group RSP with 4% employer match after 1 year Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with beloved BC brands Collaborative and creative team environment On Site Parking What You Need to Do Now If you're interested in this role and meet the qualifications, please get in touch with me - Nicolas Foreau Associate Recruitment Consultant – Architecture & Interior Design or
