Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with market trends. Connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments. Our ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the mattress or similar industry. Strong understanding of business principles and retail market analysis. 5+ years of experience in retail operations or other customer‑facing roles, including 2+ years of leadership experience. Proficiency in team management. Strong ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success.
